Im late with this but, better late than never..

Im so in love with this tune.. I literally cant stop playing it.

My first time hearing or seeing Charlie Brown was at ILUVLIVE..and i was amazed, i fell in love with his vocals straight away . Which made me want to hear more from him, so i took myself to youtube so i could hear more from Mr.Charlie Brown. Months later i hear about 'Dependency', and i was like OHHHH YHHH!! Finally!!

The song features the one and ONLY Ms.D.. the singer/songwriter featured on Wiley's Number 1 -Heatwave and 'Can you hear me'..who is just KILLING it right now! She also happens to be a good friend of mine..It also Ft Yungen * I love his flow, so sick*

Everything about this track is just so smooth. I love how everybody on this compliments each other. From the smooth vocals from Charlie Brown and the soft tone from Ms.D with the bars from Yungen. *Loving the music coming from UK artists right now*.

This song is just AMAZEBALLS!..You go into your own little world when you listen to it. Start remembering things, remembering that relationship,THAT RELATIONSHIP!

Its nice to finally have a song where its not all about the video and whats happening in it. But more about the Lyrics and the actual ARTIST involved.

If you havent heard it "Where have you been". The video has  been on rotation on all the music channels.. KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR IT!

I literally have been waiting for this event for a VERY,VERY,VERY LONG TIME. Either i was too young to go, or my Mum would go and i will have to stay home. I have DVD's from past GMA's and i always remember watching them thinking. "ONE DAY I MUST BE PRESENT AT THIS AWARDS SHOW!!.. But not as much as i would LOVE TO HOST this amazing event one day. It will happen.. HARDWORK!!

This for me has go to be the best year to attend.Everybody is just loving Ghana Music right now, from the AZONTO tunes to the NEW HI-LIFE music. GHANA is definitely making its mark everywhere.There are so many artist internationally who are flying the Ghana flag so high for us. So the GMA'S this year is DEFINITELY NOT TO BE MISSED!!

TIME FOR A CHANGE

Hey..

I told you guys i have difficulty blogging *Slaps Wrist*.. i really need to make time and blog more now.. But here's a little update on whats been going on..


So I'm basically in midst of FINALLY.. STARTING MY WEBSITE..i literally cant wait for it to get done. The domain has been bought. But i haven't really had the time to sit down and focus on it. So i can finally breathe and know that will be done soon.!!

I've been battling with how i want my OFFICIAL LOGO to look like.. i want it to be really unique , definitely has to represent me and all my BUBBLINESS! and VIBRANCY (Just made up that word). So thats still in a mind bubble in my mind!

I'm officially the new RESIDENTIAL HOST of a new LIVE MUSIC night called BLACK JACK LDN!!
Its a new live music night catered for Up and Coming talent. Its really mainstream ( well i think anyway) in regards to the audience.. Loads of A&R'S attend.. That's pretty cool. So yeah that's definitely a new gig I'm looking forward to growing with...

Since going out and working on Ghana radio for a bit out there.. I fell in love with the Fashion, Events and Music.. So i will also be blogging about GHANA events and music and fashion.. ALL THINGS GH aswell as my UK Happenings also..

I have many more projects coming up.. but i would rather let them come out and do the talking.. so i will stay SILENT!

Last one i can say , its something that I've been excited about.. I'M GOING BACK TO DJING!! I'm excited but scared and nervous at the same time. But I'm taking it back to the beginning and just owning my craft more..BABY STEPS HUNNY, BABY STEPS!

But just to end this post, thank you sooo much to everyone that supports me. I literally took time out to find myself again.. and yeah lets just say... my plans are bigger and better..

Do you know what as much as i try to say im going to blog.. I really either cant be bothered to..OR.. im too busy to....BUT....Forget that......

I'm in Ghana WOOP WOOP.. Ive been wanting to take a break from London's BUSY LIFE.. (whamp whamp whaaaaaamp ) for quite some time now...but ive also been booked for a couple a shows out here to host.. I hosted my first one this week friday...and i was nervous as hell...But YH.

Also another reason for me being out here.. Im trying to branch out here..Invest in  a couple of things..meet some DJ's...Radio DJ's and TV Presenters CHECK OUT GHANA'S NIGHTLIFE  ..Get some Experience on an International radio station. All that shabang...

Ive always wanted to do some stuff out here.. so this trip couldn't come at a more perfect time. totally loving it. So i shall be updating on a regular, about my journey..

So yh...i guess that's it really..

LAURYN HILL AT INDIGO 02.. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Mid Afternoon yesterday, it was annouced that THEE LAURYN HILL would be gracing us with her presence at the Indigo 02..

Now when i heard this.. my heart SKIPPED A BEAT..like literally.. It was 1996 i was only 5, when i first heard this woman's voice.I wanted her to be my mum.. Forced my mum to buy the Fugees Albums saw her in SISTER ACT 2.. which is one of my favorite MOVIES!..Even when she left to pop her 6 PICKNEYS.She still had my heart. I still defend her even when people say she is washed now.. NEVER I TELL YOU.. SHE WILL NEVER BE!


But through her arrival, it has sparked a little debate, about whether she will sound the same or even carry out a good performance.. Now over the years Lauryn Hill has been known for her late appearances on stage or not turning up at all.Aswell as her abruptness towards the crowd.

I watched a couple video's and my view started changing a bit i started questioning. Do i really want to spend a GOOD £50 of my hard earned money to see Ms.Lauryn Hill come on stage late, and then cuss me down for being upset..

"OH HELL TO THE ................

YES!"

(Because i love her, and I've always wanted to see her perform)

But I'm just saying.. she best sound on point and not be late..I don't care if she has to breastfeeed 3 of her 6 children on stage..If the shows starts at 7:30.. you better be there at 7:30 pee em. "DONT PIZZ ME HOFF"
